Statement of Commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

 

Here at GenWell, we are dedicated to fostering connections that celebrate diversity, ensure equity, and promote inclusion in all aspects of our organization and initiatives. We firmly believe that diversity enriches our communities, strengthens our connections, and supports everyone to be healthy and happy. We are committed to creating a welcoming environment where individuals of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences feel accepted and like they belong in the GenWell community. It is our goal that all people feel valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives.

We pledge to:

4. Listen and Learn: We are dedicated to listening to the needs, concerns, and feedback of our diverse stakeholders. We will continuously educate ourselves and our community on issues related to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and adapt our practices accordingly.
5. Take Action: We understand that achieving diversity, equity, and inclusion requires intentional effort and ongoing commitment. We will take concrete actions to address systemic inequalities and promote positive change within our organization and broader society.
6. Hold Ourselves Accountable: We will regularly assess our progress, set measurable goals, and hold ourselves accountable for creating a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment. We will transparently communicate our efforts and outcomes to our community.
