Impact Report

The 2024 Impact Report reflects a year of meaningful growth and momentum for GenWell as Canada’s Human Connection Movement, advancing our mission to educate, empower, and catalyze Canadians around the importance of social connection and social health.

Over the past year, we expanded our reach across workplaces, campuses, and communities, delivering Social Health Workshops to thousands of Canadians while continuing to grow our six national campaigns that inspire simple, everyday actions to build connection. We deepened our partnerships with public, private, and community leaders, strengthened our evidence base through ongoing collaboration with leading researchers, and elevated the national conversation around the role of social connection in addressing some of society’s most pressing challenges.

As social isolation, disconnection, and loneliness continue to impact individuals and communities across the country, our work remains focused on driving awareness into action, helping Canadians build stronger connection habits that support healthier, more resilient lives and a more connected Canada.
